I am sitting here thinking about January 13th and it dawned on me that this is Maxx Burton's way of screwing me again. See think about it he has all his little cronies that the fans so dearly love outside the ring. Who will I have well I am unsure of this as I don't have too many friend in the back. I've learned over six years that I don't need any friends because most of them are just out to stab you because they are jealous. So maybe I will have Big Vigo as he has been the only one to stay true to me. So to all the Lumberjacks that think they are going to help Maxx out you might just get you teeth knocked down your stinking throats.
As for Maxx well I promised you a fair fight and by God I will. I am also going to give you an ass beating that you will never forget. Maxx this is it and in the end there will only be one true Champion in SAW and that is Drake Evans. Learn it, Live With It because there is nothing you can do about it!!! And thats a fact jack....

Well it looks like Maxx Burton hasn't got enough of me yet so on Saturday January 13, 2007 he will challenge me again for the SAW Heavyweight Championship. This time it will be in a Lumberjack Match. The only thing I have to say is Maxx the result will be the same and I will be victorious.
The birth of In Your Face Wrestling is upon us and it will take NY by storm. Believe me it will be In Your Face!!!

Well it has been a while. I just want to update you all on what has been going on. The last two weekends I was in Rhode Island wrestling for New England Promotions. I had a blast and I look forward to future shows. After 6 years in the wrestling business I have decided to step into a different realm of the business. No I am not going to stop wrestling but I do hear there is a new wrestling school opening up in the Capital Region of NY in about 4 months. I also hear that a wrestling school is just the start of somethng BIG!!! I will keep you posted on it as it becomes closer to the grand opening.

First off Maxx Burton if you think by beating me on Saturday you have taken me down a notch you are wrong. Lets see I was not really worried about winning that match because my title was not on the line. Now as far as you said about me taking the credibility away from the SAW Championship well you are wrong again. You see Maxx if anything I am the one who has made that title have credibility. There is a difference between me and most wrestlers and that is I am a WRESTLER. I am not a sports entertainer but rather a wrestler and if I wanted to I could easily beat you without any weapon or help from anyone but why do that when it is more fun to play the human game of chess. You see Maxx I will go out on a limb and promise you that when you get your shot it will be a fair shot with no interference and no Dick Willard or anyone else for that matter. You and me one on one in a wrestling match. Do you accept Maxx? You just have to realize something though I am going to bring my A game and that is pure wrestling ability so go ahead and train because I will and when this happens you will see a completely different Drake Evans.
Today marks the fifth year anniversary of the attacks on The World Trade Center and The Pentagon. Also today marks the fifth year that the passengers of United Airlines Flight 93 took a stand and united to bring down the terrorists that hijacked their plane. Now with all the in fighting within the United States over tedious issues and the main issue should be preparing to stop the disease known as terrorism. Listen you got these radical jihadists who are saying that they are going to destroy the western way of life. Listen you coward bastards if you think for one minute you frighten any American you are wrong. You want to try and take our freedom away you sick freaks then try as you may because there is no way in hell you will do so. I have heard from various sources that certain Islamic radicals are calling for an all Islamic world Governed by one Islamic leader. Now I have friends who are from the Middle East and they are respectful and courteous. They contradict everything that these Jihadists say about the Muslim religion. So in closing never forget 9/11/01 and always remember United We Stand and Divided We Fall, God Bless America and support our troops. God Bless America and God Bless Those we lost on 9/11/01. First off I just want to say that my Grandmother passed away on Saturday August 19, 2006. Rest in peace Mim. She was 79 years old.
Now about the show on August 19th. Lets just say Maxx Burton came up short as not only did I make him tap out but I beat him in a last man standing match. Like I said by hook or crook I will be holding onto the SAW Heavyweight Championship until it is pried from my cold dead hands. Maxx I will give credit where credit is do you gave me a run for my money but it just was not good enough. You made empty promises of my redemption and other nonsense and it did you no good. Oh you have a plan to call some one out at the next show. Well Maxx if it is me the results will be the same you will be lying on your back looking up at the lights as I stand victorious over you yet again. So what is it now Maxx? Drake 2 Maxx Burton 0. Well whatever it is you have to say on September 9th just make sure you think it over long and hard because whether it is me or Big Vigo you will suffer defeat either way. Oh by the way Maxx hows the head and neck? So sunshine I will see ya on September 9th.

Well on Saturday August 5, 2006 I did the unthinkable I defeated Michael Monroe in a Fatal 4 Way Elimination match to once again become The SAW Heavyweight Champion. Now after the match I was met by The Candyman and he did something that I never thought he would do. He shook my hand and congratulated me. I can respect that!!! Now I was promised by one Maxx Burton that he was next in line for a shot at the championship. I'll be damned as to how he is in line but I will take. Maxx I will go on record and say this any time, any place, any kind of match you want brother. It could be barbed wire bat match, death match, iron man match, submission match or a cage match I could give a holy hell. Just bring your A game because when I beat your ass again I don't want any excuses. Maxx you will feel defeat in more ways then one and just ask Lenn Oddity how ruthless I can be. I will be around Maxx just give me your answer. If you have got the sack!!! See ya sunshine!!!

So coming off of the heels of getting screwed out of the SAW Heavyweight Championship Slam All-Star Wrestling presents The Franklin County Face Off. Well it is going to be more than a face off actually yes there will be a face off what ever lucky son of a bitch that gets in the ring with me is likely to get their stinking face ripped off. Trust me if all you inbred jackasses in VT thought I was a nasty prick in the ring wait until you see me on Saturday. What happened on July 8th was a travesty of justice and believe me Maxx it will not go unanswered. You see I am not going to complain because in a sense it was my fault. You see I took everything lightly and that was a mistake on my part. Then again the numbers were against me with The Bull and The Northern Studd out there then you factor in Alexzandra and Maxx Burton then lets see that is 4 on 1 which gave The Candyman a chance to beat me. No I am still not going to complain because I will be SAW Heavyweight Champion again and if that means ending the career of The Candyman I WILL!!! As for Maxx well when I am finished with the Candy Shop then you will be the next one on my list but this time it is going to be different. I am not going to go into the ring to beat you oh no, I am out for blood and that is what I will get. I am no longer in this for revenge no no no Its The Reckoning. Maxx get ready for the most fearful f**king match of your life and believe me you will be lucky to ever step into the ring again. Sweet dreams sunshine and enjoy your little victory while you still can.

7:00 pm - Knee, July 8th and more...

Well first off I don't have a torn meniscus rather I tore my tendon in the back of my knee. Now I have been being asked Drake will you be at SAW on July 8th. Well here is your answer I don't know!!! At this point all I can say is wait until July 8th. My knee may need surgery and if so I will have to go to Colorado as they have the only Doctors that can do this surgery. Well that is it see ya next time.

I went to my Orthopedic Surgeon on Thursday and he is sending me to get an MRI this Tuesday. What they are looking for is a Meniscus tear. The Meniscus is the piece of cartilage that is located over the top of the tibia bone. When I landed the top part of my leg torqued to the right while my lower leg stayed in the right place possibly causing a tear in my Meniscus. Now if necessary they will be performing an arthroscopy. This is an easy procedure that consist of the Surgeon making 2-4 1cm incisions in my knee and he will put in a camera and cut away the tear. This will not keep me out of action and I will be leaving the same day the surgery is done. I can lift weights with it and can return to wrestling in 4 weeks which works out good because I will not miss any shows. I am a really good healer and they say I can go back to sports when I feel comfortable so it may be sooner who know. But I will be wrestling on July 8th and August 5th as well as all the other SAW shows. That s it gang take care and God bless all of you who sent their well wishes.

Ok I just want to speed everyone up on my knee. I know most fans of SAW could care but I suffered a really bad knee injury on Saturday. After knocking Maxx Burton to the floor I got on the apron and gave him a Bret Hart Forearm Drop. In the air my right kneepad dropped to my shin and when I landed my knee hit the pads on the outside which covered the concrete. Unfortunately my lower leg stayed in one spot but my upper leg went to the right. That is 230 pounds crahing onto my knee to the concrete. My knee is very swollen and I am heading to Samaritan Hospital tomorrow morning for x-rays. If need be then I will get surgery but I am going to try and hold it off until the end of the year. Once I get the results I will inform you all of what is going on. I'd hate this to be the end because alot of special and extreme things were planned for this year. Take care all and god bless.

You see if you want to be the king of The Brokeback Mountain State then so be it but just remember Maxx you are 6 days away from the most pain you will ever feel. It looks as though you might be underestimating me Maxx. I am going to warn ya now, DON'T!!! You wanna talk about me bible thumping well Maxx yeah so what if I have faith I am going to need God's forgiveness when I am done dragging your sorry ass through the gates of hell. What I quoted was revelations the four horseman of the apocalypse. Meaning come Saturday Maxx you will meet the 4 of them during our match. You will suffer Maxx and you will suffer in the worst way you can think of. When I promised you EXTREME that is a promise I intend to keep. You saw what I did to Core in that hardcore match in April of 2003 Maxx and believe me you will suffer far more. This is no longer about the SAW Heavyweight Championship oh no, this is about the Destruction of one Maxx Burton. I hope you have great insurance because you are going to need it. With God as my witness Maxx I will put you to rest and walk out victorious and as I do I will watch as you walk away in embarrassment because not one thing you have been saying will come true. We were cool up until you claim you have seen the light and all that I have been doing is watching your dvd and watching my match you reffed. In that match you made a fast count so Thornhill could retain his title. Well like I promised when I was done with Thornhill you were next. You turned your back on me. **First off with all wrestling aside I just want to update you all on my health. I was diagnosed today with a severe Sinus Infection. Upon getting this infection I have lost the ability to hear out of my left ear. This is only supposed to be temporary but anything can happen I guess.**
Ok now onto the wrestling part. I had a pretty good match against JP Black on May 20th. This was the first meeting between us in the 6 years we have known each other. JP also helped train me when Jeff Starr was not around. Now during the night Alexzndra was promoting the next show and I decided to bring her a message to give to Maxx Burton. Now Maxx was no where around me backstage so I thought I would go to the next best person. Then all of a sudden Maxx came barging out of the back and pushes me. Well he says on his site I was lucky that the locker room split us apart. Well I see things a little bit differently. If you really wanted to get me you would of Maxx. Right now I could care less if I got to you because I am already in your head. Anger is the enemy Burton and you are pretty angry. As for the sharpshooter on Alexzandra well I never asked her to get into the damn ring did I. Wrong place, wrong time. I already told you if you plan on taking my Championship then pack a lunch Maxx because the only way to get it is to pry it from my cold dead hands. As for your friend you have well just be careful Maxx and this goes for Alexzandra too you don't know exactly who is on your side. Maxx you are subjected to eternal damned-nation prepare and I leave you with theses final words Maxx read them carefully:

Well well well Maxx I see you have not forgot about me. You would think with a guy like Big Vigo after you, you would be a little preoccupied trying to figure out a way to beat him. You see you may have taught Vigo some things but remember for a while Vigo was in SPW and I had an chance to show him a few things myself and the amazing thing about me is you don't know my style all that well Maxx. You only know what you see and what you see is not aways what you get. I am not the 170 pound kid from TSW and I am sure not the same person that came into SAW in May of 2004. I can also live with the fact that you are not the same either. But see it is not going to be a cake walk for either of us and I am willing to do anything to win. I won the SAW Heavyweight title on the up and up and Thornhill had his chance just to walk away losing via Count-out and DQ but his heart was bigger than his brain. It was no dq so I took advantage of that. I can't help it that Dick Willard wanted to see a true wrestler with the title. Remember this Maxx, I didn't turn on you it was the other way around. No more games because when the time comes for us to lock horns be prepared for a walk through of hell. Repent now so your soul can be saved Maxx or else you will be staying in hell as I walk away to conquer and I do mean CONQUER the Pro Wrestling world. Oh here is something to think about. April 26, 2003 I had a match with a friend that screwed me out of our Tag Team titles. What happened that night Maxx? You watched my dvd right? Although I had the fans on my side then I got a little vicious and ended the feud with two light bulb tubes. Just remember Maxx I am technical, I am a true wrestler but most of all I am "EXTREME". What a night it was at SAW last night. In a hard fought match I finally dethroned Jon Thornhill and became the SAW Heavyweight Champion. I am not going to lie and say it was easy because it was a real tough match. The good thing though came when I found out that the rat known as Maxx Burton was not going to be around my match and you see he was not there and I won. Hmmm makes you think huh?

It looks like I got the attention of one Maxx Burton. Yes Maxx I know that you have a big problem a really big problem and don't think for one minute that I didn't know that this problem was coming for you. You see you created this and it all culminated on 4/8. This "problem" that is coming to get you saw the fast count too. Try as you may Maxx to deliver me to Salvation but always remember I have been watching you since you started and like I said before I know it won't be easy but pack a lunch hell pack breakfast and dinner too because this one will go all night. No Drake Evans has not changed at all Drake Evans is exactly the way Maxx Burton wanted him to be. Since May of 2004 Maxx was always telling me win at all costs and as a matter of fact helped me beat The Bull for the TV title. Just remember the 2 guys who helped you back from the ring after your I Quit match. I guess this is what we deserve. No Maxx you are the final person that is going to Screw me over. Like I said when I am finished with Mr. Thornhill on the 29th I will focus on you. Who knows maybe there is a submission match in me since I am much like you a submission wrestler hmmmm. Well as of late it seems that everyone wants to screw Drake Evans. Last night I was blatantly screwed by my former partner and friend Maxx Burton out of the SAW Heavyweight Championship. He talked about how JP Black made him see the light. Well Maxx after your fast count last night I am going to make sure you really see the light while you are on your back looking at the ceiling. See you are right I am not the same person who you brought into TSW. I am much smarter and savvy. I have your number and it will be called upon when I finally make my dream a reality. April 8th will go down as a dark spot in my career as I suffered the second screwjob of my career first against Core and now I get screwed by a guy I thought was my friend. Maxx you want to fast count my shoulders well the war is on and I know it is not going to easy but don't expect a walk in the park. And Maxx Drake didn't screw Drake no no Maxx Burton screwed Drake. Now Welcome To My World Maxx!!!
Overall though it was a great show and there is more to come on April 29th as SAW returns to The Highgate Sports Arena.

With the next SAW show just under 3 weeks away I figure I would post some news. First off my dvd Welcome To My World; The Best Of Drake Evans is on clearance sale to make room for the next one. The price now is $8.00 free s&h. As I said SAW's Altercation at the Armory is on the horizon. If I may say this is my biggest match to date in SAW as I am challenging Jon Thornhill for the SAW Heavyweight Championship. I am looking forward to this match. This year I am looking to expand my horizons as far as traveling to different feds around as I have a few that I may be appearing at and possibly a return to the NY scene. So with that being said it is shaping up to be a good year.
Not only can I be found here at my website but I have broadened my internet availability by getting a Myspace account which you visit by going to www.myspace.com/drakeevans. Also soon to join the Myspace community will be High Impact Entertainment. They are in the process of setting up an account so they can spread out and make dvd's for other people. They will also be opening a website real soon. Also be on the lookout for new picture coming soon. Thats it for now come back soon for another update.
